Lettuce Lake Booth Event – Come visit our booth!

Event Day Details

Arrival: Gates open for exhibitors/volunteers at 7 AM. (Public gates open at 8 AM; event starts at 9 AM.)
We encourage you to unload at the festival area, then park your car at the exhibitor and volunteer parking area before setting up your space.
Try to have your materials at your space and your car parked before 8 AM as we expect guests to be at the gate early.
A tram will run between the festival site and parking for convenience during the set up time
Parking: Space is tight, please carpool if you can and spread the word.
Space: When you arrive to the festival site you’ll be directed to your designated space.
Food: Coffee will be available from a food truck during set-up, with additional food trucks (including vegetarian & vegan options) for lunch.
Electricity: None on-site; bring battery packs, power banks, or similar items if you’ll need power.
Sales: For the first time, exhibitors can sell items! If you plan to bring merchandise, just let me know what you’ll have that day.

Guided Hikes & Talks

If you have volunteered to lead one of our guided hikes or talks, the event schedule is attached to find out when you’ll be presenting.

Hikes:

Group Size: 20–25 hikers.
Trail: Hiking Spree loop (map attached), about 1.25–1.5 miles depending on whether the boardwalk is included.
Duration: About 1–1.5 hours, depending on wildlife sightings and group pace.
Support: A volunteer will join your hike to help with participants.
Talks:

Group Size: 20–25 – it will be at one of the picnic shelters.
Duration: You’ll have the space for 40 minutes, you’re of course welcome to have a shorter session.
Tech: There is no electricity at the shelter.
Support: Volunteers will be around the festival area and happy to assist.
